How We Do It Right
Site Assessment
We inspect the exterior for peeling, cracking, rot, or moisture damage before quoting.
Power Washing
All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, mildew, and chalking.
Scraping & Priming
Loose paint is removed, bare areas are spot-primed, and caulk is applied where needed.
Paint Application
Two coats of premium exterior paint applied by brush, roller, or spray depending on the surface.
Detail Work
Trim, doors, shutters, and accent areas are cut in by hand for a clean, finished look.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the property with you and touch up anything that doesn't meet our standard.
